I love squirrels. Our little squirrel colony was quite upset the other day when the big oak fell. They gathered around investigating it, perhaps even mourned it.
So anyway, I just saw this photo on the New York Times. David Pogue, the journalist, posted it on Twitpic and asked for captions. Here are a few. Check out the entire article here on Pogue’s Posts:
- You kids have it so easy. Back in my day, we foraged and stored nuts for the winter! (@CathleenRitt)
- NYTimes Special Report: HOUSING CRISIS HITS SQUIRREL COMMUNITY HARD (@r1goff)
- Stay right here. I’ll be back in a JIF. (@r1goff, @JMWander)
- Honey, does this jar make me look fat? (@MichaelRubin, @Maxnewsroom)
- I hate the way it sticks to the roof of your head. (@bojack54)
