The Islington city council got creative – very creative – when they came up with a way to slow down cyclists. We used to live here and would walk this canalway every day, so I know firsthand that some cyclist could be a bit careless. Wonder if this works. And if so, maybe it could be interesting to install here in Marin county, CA, where mountain biking was born.

Trouble is ..most of our roads have genuine ones – potholes, subsidence, and yes, craters of a kind! Tough on all wheels whether cycle or motorcar because of a lack of infrastructure funding..c’est la vie in the "fourth largest economy in the world"!
